ASBESTOS COMPLIANCE SURVEYS
Regulation dictates that employers, building owners and managers assess the location and condition of asbestos containing materials in their buildings and workplace.
Where materials are identified an effective management plan to control exposure risks is required. Our surveys are undertaken in accordance with our quality management procedures and all site work is undertaken by qualified consultants.
OUR SERVICES INCLUDE:
- Delivering compliance asbestos surveys (Division 5 audits) to identify whether asbestos materials are present in the workplace,
- Risk assessment of the materials identified,
- Recommendation for control actions required to manage the risks associated with the identified asbestos materials,
- Detailed reporting of our key findings and recommendations to establish an Asbestos Materials Register,
- Detailed mapping of asbestos materials, and,
- Where necessary asbestos management planning to manage asbestos.
- Australian Border Force inspections for asbestos containing material's under Regulation 4C and Schedule 3B of the Customs (Prohibited Imports) Regulations 1956.
